Global Sales & Marketing Manager

Job responsibilities

  • Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Job responsibilities:-

Business development and product marketing strategy

  • Leadership role for international business expansion,

  • Entrepreneurial company culture Based in Malaysia, you will be responsible for developing and executing Sales and Product Marketing strategies for international market to further expand the market share and increase in revenue.

  • As The Global Sales & Product Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:-

    •Cultivating positive relationship with present/ potential key clients across South East Asia and Europe market & to maximize mutual benefit

    •Driving profitable account growth, monitoring trade spend and achieving sales target

    •Monitoring the emerging marketing trends and consumer behavior to explore new business development opportunities

    •Full-cycle client project management, including contract negotiations, product development and new product launch presentation

    •Reviewing key client feedback and bring out new idea to promote product

    •Monitoring market trend, competitor activity and formulate appropriate proposals

    To qualify, individuals must possess:-

    •Degree and have 15+ years' of Global/ Regional, Sales and Product Marketing management

    •Experience in Lifestyle product category

    •Experience in South East Asia and Europe market with a proven track record in partnering with senior stakeholders/ decision-makers

    •Proven track record in new business development and managing the business partner independently

    •Outstanding high-level stakeholder management skills with a strong business acumen

    •Strong creative idea generation with excellent project management skills

    •Excellent command of written spoken English and Chinese

    Finance & Bookkeeping Executive

    We are looking for a person who can

    • An accurate and timely manner, and submit monthly finance reports Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis

    • Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner

    • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition

    • Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data and budgeting

      Qualifications for Bookkeeper

    • 1 - 2 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping with LCCI

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Proficient skills in Accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. We are using Bookkeeper accounting software

    • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
